Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing team of Inside Sales Representatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who is motivated by hitting targets, optimizing sales processes, and mentoring reps to reach their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability.

• Track KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, pipeline metrics, and sales targets.

• Coach and Develop team members with regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and sales training.

• Refine and Optimize sales scripts, workflows, and lead management processes to increase efficiency and close rates.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Field Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Report on daily, weekly, and monthly team performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management experience (inside sales preferred)

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs and sales dashboards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
