Job Duties: 

The primary function of this District Manager position is 

  • Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into ADT customers, while selling the ADT product and alarm services
  • Mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Develop team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations. Develop performance metrics for sales teams and monitor results
  • Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
  • Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
  • Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
  • Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management 
  • Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work) 
  • Leading From The Front 
  • Business-to-Consumer sales 
  • Establishing a winning culture within your office

Benefits:

Salary: 

  • Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 (per year)
