Revamped Security Solutions is an ADT Authorized Dealer and one of the top dealers in the country. We're hiring a Payroll Assistant to work out of our headquarters in Richardson, TX 75081 and help keep our payroll accurate and on time as we grow.
What you'll do

Help process payroll each pay period
Review timesheets and fix errors or missing hours
Help calculate and check sales rep commissions
Enter new hire paperwork and keep employee records current
Answer employee questions about pay and deductions
Keep payroll reports and files organized

What we're looking for

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (required)
Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software
Payroll system experience is a plus
1+ year of payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting experience (preferred)
Detail-oriented and good with numbers
Able to keep sensitive information confidential
Reliable and able to manage your own schedule

Full-time with flexible hours, split between our Richardson HQ and working from home
